Oleg holds an MA in Environmental Hydrogeology from Ben Gurion University in the Negev.

Yossi holds a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in materials science from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev. Yossi has gained wide experience in the fields of ecology, infrastructure and safety from the ICL Dead Sea and Rotem Plants. In his previous position, he acted as Ecology, Infrastructure and Safety Manager at the ICL Dead Sea Plant.

Israel holds an EMBA in business management for executives from the College of Management Academic Studies , a BA in economics from Baruch College – CUNY and accountancy from Tel Aviv University. Israel has approximately 20 years experience in the field of finance – previously holding for 4 years the position of CFO and management member at a national retail company and before that at a high tech company for 7 years as the finances department manager and company accountant.

Hagay holds a bachelors degree in political science and philosophy and a masters degree in economics. He has a range of experience in policy, strategy and innovation formulation and advancement. He previously held positions as senior economist at the National Economic Council , SEO for planning at the National Employment Agency and SEO for strategy and economics at the Israel Innovation Authority.

Netanel holds B.Sc in Chemistry and B.Sc in Chemical Engineering with highest honors, from the Ben Gurion University of the Negev.
He has academic experience, and rich experience in the chemical industry.
In his previous position acted as Chief Technologist of the Bromine – Chlorine plant at ICL group

Einav holds a B.Sc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA in Business Management from Ben Gurion University. Einav has over 15 years’ experience in the fields of marketing, sales and customer service.

Adi holds a bachelors and masters degrees in business management, is a senior payroll accountant and qualified mediator. Adi has over 15 years’ experience in human resources, payroll management, organization advice and development specializing in labor law. Adi was previously VP of Human Resources at the Dan Public Transport Company, Beer Sheva and Human Resources Manager at the Metal-Tech and Phibro factories in Neot Hovav.
